THIS LOCAL TRADE CAME TO USE FROM TUSCOLA ILLINOIS. LISA DROVE IT DAILY AS HER MAIN DRIVER UNTIL TRADING UP 10 YEARS TO A 2008 CHEVROLET IMPALA. MANY RELIABLE MILES AND GOOD MEMORIES GO WITH THIS CAR. SHE IS TIRED BUT PEPPY WHEN YOU STEP ON THE GAS. I WISH I COULD REPORT THE BUICK WAS FLAWLESS BUT THAT WOULDN'T BE HONEST.
SOME MAY CLASSIFY THIS AS A BEATER WITH A HEATER. RED STOPS AND GOES WELL AND HERE ARE A FEW ISSUES THAT GO ALONG AT NO EXTRA COST.
ALL OF THE DOORS DON'T OPEN PERFECT ($20+ HANDLES NEEDED), I SAW A LITTLE OIL SMOKE (KEEP AN EYE ON HER), SHE IS ROUGH SO TO SPEAK (CHECK PHOTOS), SOME LIGHTS MAY NEED BULBS AND ARE NOT LIT UP.
YOU MAY CALL JONATHAN 217-543-3622 ( LAND LINE ) OR LIMITED TEXTING 217 - 259 - 3956 ( CELL )
OR STOP BY COLUMBIA STREET ARTHUR IL 61911 TO CHECK HER OUT.
HERE IS FURTHER INFORMATION FROM A TEST DRIVE:
April 2016. This car is "peppy" with good pick up when you step on the gas pedal. I did notice the A/C worked great on the passenger side but on the driver side it could use repair for "cold". The car shifted through the gears smoothly on the test run performed. I noticed a few times a small oil smell ( like valve cover gaskets ) not required, just information. The brakes held well and stopped good, I felt pulsating (most often $19 rotor machining needed) and BETH says the stereo is nice with interior leather
